In order to mask bad odor of ibuprofen, improve its dissolvability and weaken its pungency to gastrointestinal tract, three kinds of core-shell microspheres were prepared . Ibuprofen was used as core and chistosan, chistosan-sodium aiginate and Eudragit E were used as shell respectively. IR, VIS-UV, Particle size analysis, SEM and DTA were used to analyse their structures and characters. Results showed that the surface of ibuprofen-chistosan microphere obtained by multiple emulsion method was coarse and its size was small; the releasing performance of Ibuprofen-chistosan-sodium aiginate micropheres obtained by multiple emulsion method was the best; the surface of Ibuprofen-Eudragit E obtained by method of intra-liquid was rather smooth and its preparation technic was simple. The reasons with different release effects were also discussed. |
