In this paper, the system is explored and designed in detail in order to realize dynamic end-point control of blowing process for basic oxygen furnace (BOF) on line, In the method, the spectrums radiated from the mouth of furnace are divided into multi-single spectrum by use of optical fiber, and the intensity of each spectrum is detected by correspondent opto-detector at real time ,and then it is converted into digital signal for the analysis by the electric computer . The data collecting and processing circuit is designed for the radiating spectrums by using of microchip, and the collecting datas are send to computer for disposing at real time by serial port, and the relevant software is designed .The hardware and software is debugged and is used in the experiments on line ,the results have proved that the system could meet the demands of dynamic end-point control of blowing process for basic oxygen furnace (BOF) on line.
