We synthesize two kind of aryl phthalonitriles in this paper, by which we synthesize several arylphthalocyanines through the method of carbamide melting. These phthalocyanines are characterized by UV-vis, Mass Spectrum , 1HNMR, IR through which we prove that these phthalocyanines are pure.The phthalocyanine itself is a 18- conjugated system, when this system is extended the modified phthalocyanine often have special optical characterizations. We are supposed to synthesize a series of purified arylphthalocyanines (including phenyl-and diphyl-phthalocyanine) which have good solubility. Starting with phthalic anhydride through several steps we get eight metal-phthalocyanines which have good solubility because of this we can get purified phthalocyanine.The method(carbamide melting) we chose is simple because these aryl phthalonitriles are stable when high temperature .The arylphthalocyanines we synthesized have good solubility in benzene , acetic acid ethyl ester , acetone, DMF.The arylphthalocyanines we get have the same characterization as those extended conjugated system:one of the peculiar asorption of Pc the Q band is einstein shift, the other Soret band broadens.So, we have synthesized several aryphthalocyanine,and have proved that they are purified and have the same property as previous extendedconjugated phthalocyanine.
