This dissertation consists of two parts: Part oneThree new Schiff bases were prepared in optimum conditions ,and the structures of the compounds were tested by IR,1HNMR,UV and element analysis, and were posed structure formulas..We made research about Schiff bases' deliberation affect on (V "produced by the self-oxidation of o-benzoic triphenol.As a result, Schiff bases' deliberation ratio can achieve 84 percent ,and apparently have biological activity .Twenty-two organotin coordination compounds were prepared in optimum conditions.The reaction conditions of the discussed reaction which comprised the selection of the solvent ,the dosage of solvent and the reaction time ,the reaction temperature and the injection of the inertia gas ,have also been discussed ,and the best reaction condition has been found .When the molecular ratio of the tribenzyltin and salt is 1:1.2 ,and the compounds were refluxed for about 6h in methanol ,the good result can be made . Also the reactions did not need the presence of the inertia gas.The structures of the coordination compounds were tested by IR.'HNMR and element analysis, and their coordination structures have been speculated .The result showed the compounds 3-8 maybe four coordination ,and the compounds 9-24 maybe five coordination .Perhapse because with the conjunction system enhancing ,There are more electrons on the acyl and the compounds' coordinational forms always transist from four coordination to five coordination . Also some part of the compounds have been detected about their anti-bacteria activity .The experiment result showed that the coordination compounds' anti-bacteria activity is better than the ligands. Part twoIn this charter , we made specific experimental research about the preparation of highly pure solid sodium alkoxide and potassium alkoxide .The optimum synthetic routine and technology conditions of solid sodium t-Butoxide .potassium t-Butoxide and sodium methoxide and sodium ethoxide were determined and perfected , with total yield surpassing 98% and content surpassing 99% .This method is most advanced in ourcountry ,and have achieved the international advanced level. With the presence of the nitrogen ,and in inertia solvent , sodium or potassium was dispersed into sodium or potassium sand ,and reacted with alcohol .After that the reaction finished, surplus alcohol and solvent can be abstracted under normal pressure .Through vacuum drying highly pure solid sodium or potassium alkoxide were prepared . This method is very concise and is easy to manipulate ,and the surplus alcohol and solvent can be recovered .This method can be easily made the industrilization exploitation . With the presence of the catalyst-styrene ,t-butanol is much easier to react with sodium or potassium. The addition reaction of styrene and hydrogen may produce ethylbenzene.as a vice product .This method realized the comprehensive avail of hydrogen , and can be thought as a friendly synthesis method to the environment.
