.This paper prepared PSt-AA polymer microspheres by suspension polymerization and studied dropping ways of monomer,stabilizer dosage,functional monomers dosage, initiator dosage,electrolyte dosage,which have impact on the particle size of microspheres. The results showed that:increasing the initiator dosage,functional monomer dosage and electrolyte dosage,particle size increases.Increasing stabilizer dosage,particle size decreases,once dropping way helps form monodisperse microspheres.The average particle diameter ofmicrospheres is about 15μm.Ag/PSt-AA compound particles are obtained by electroless.The density of AgNO3, reaction time,the type of the surface active agent and the dosage of copolymer are discussed,which have impact on the appearance characteristics of Ag/PSt-AA.The results showed that:in the system of 100mL,0.3g/L AgNO3,0.2g copolymer,PVP are used as surface active agent and the reaction time is 60min,Ag/PSt-AA compound particles which are coated completely are obtained.Silver is tested by XRD.Co/PSt-AA compound particles are obtained by UV irradiation method.The variety of the surface active agent,the radiation dose and the density of cobalt are discussed,which have impact on the appearance characteristics of Co/PSt-AA.The results showed that:the coated effect of using positive ion and non-ionic surface active agent is better than negative ionic surface active agent.Increasing irradiated time,the production rate increases. Increasing the concentration of metal cobalt ion,the compound products have three states which are colloid,particle and the floccule precipitation.Cobalt is tested by XRD.Ni/PSt-AA compound particles are attained by chemical liquid deposition method. The technics of coarsening,reaction temperature and the dosage of copolymer are discussed,which have impact on the appearance characteristics of Ni/PSt-AA.The results showed that:in the system of 70mL,0.95gNiCl2·6H2O,0.2g copolymer which are coarsened,PVP are used as surface active agent and the reaction temperature is 60℃, Ni/PSt-AA compound particles which are coated completely and do not have scattered Nickel in the surrounding of compound particles are retained.Nickel is tested by XRD.
