Documents summaries The SFE-CO2 extraction method used in Chinese medicine.The developmentof soft capsule and the development of Dijiao.2. Experiments2.1 The research of pharmaceutical included pharmaceutical technology,quality standard and preliminary stability three parts.Pharmaceutical technology: Vapour distillation and SFE- CO2 extractionmethods were used in abstracting Dijiao oil. According the results of theoil GC-MS analysis, abstract coefficient of the oil and the oil form, themethod of Vapour distillation was adopted. The best abstract technologyof Vapour distillation was determined also. Three drug formula of softcapsule, tablet and hard capsule were studied. During the tabletresearch ,the oil was wraped by β-CD then made into tablet formula. Duringthe hard capsule research, the oil was made into mlecule then packed intocapsule shell. During the soft capsule research, the Dijiao oil and thesoja oil or PEG400 was mixed homogeneously, then pressed into soft capsule. Quality standard research: The content of Yishexiangcaofen wasdetermined through GC method, the component was evaluated by TLC and GCmethods. Preliminary stability research: The soft capsule's stability wasdetermined by the above methods. Results indicated that the soft capsuleis steady in three months.
