| With the development of the extrusion products and new ways, people pay more attention to extrusion theories. This article comes from the process when using single screw to convey the amalgam of solid particles and liquid. For example, we can get such system in the extruding of silane crosslinked PE pipes; the main materials are HDPE and silane. We found that the liquid part (such as silane) is difficult to put into the screw like the solid part (HDPE). If we enlarge the liquid quantity, part of it will leak from the end of the screw and can not get to end completely. So it is necessary for us to know the principle of such phenomenon. The author's way to study and the main work: Calculating the conveying capacity of solid-liquid system: We believed theinfluence of liquid on the conveying can be represented by one factor- 6 f. Usingthe experiment for amalgam friction we know the influence of liquid to conveying,then we modify the friction factor. On the basis of the formers theory we analyzedthe stress and the conveying rate in the feeding part. Calculating the conveying capacity of liquid: The capacity is in relation to the freespace in the material. Researching on bulk density of the mixed material, we getthe formula of liquid conveying capacity. Analyzing the leakage problem and point out some ways to better the phenomenon:Trough the formula of liquid conveying capacity, we get some result on the basisof theories.The author's work is still not enough for this thesis. Most of the results come from the theoretical analyses and can be the theory basis for reality production. |
