| At present,most of the screw extruder adopts the IKV system(the forced feeding structure of straight slotted liner),and the solid conveying section is of high pressure,and the extrusion process is not stable,and the wear of the screw and cylinder is serious.This paper mainly studies the SJPL-Z60×25 type drawing unit of the Jilin Petrochemical Co,which is used in the design of IKV system.Through the improvement of the design,the paper adopts the forced feeding structure of the spiral grooved liner to improve the solid conveying characteristics,improve the extrusion production and improve the quality of the products.(1)based on the theory and the arc plate model,the paper analyzes and discusses the geometric structure parameters of the material,such as length,groove number,groove width,groove depth and screw angle,and the influence of the parameters of the process parameters,the parameters of the process parameters,the parameters of the material;(2)on the SJPL-Z60×25 type drawing machine,the design of the spiral bushing was carried out to test the effect of forced feed into the helical groove on the solid conveying characteristics.The HDPE and PP output and quality were compared with that of conventional extruder.The research results show that the single screw extruder has good positive displacement characteristics,conveying capacity and production capacity.Theoretical and experimental studies have good agreement,the actual extrusion output and theoretical analysis of the comparison of the results,compared with the original output increased by 20%?30%.By force feeding the design ideas of the helically grooved bushing geometric structural parameters,on the basis of a large number of experiments on,successful made spiral feeding bushing,and practical application in Jilin Petrochemical Company packaging products factory SJPL-Z60×25 type drawing unit,for extrusion productivity of extrusion,and provide effective guidance to enhance the quality of the tape. |
