| The thesis consists of three parts:Part I : Supercritical fluid extraction and the application of it on natural product.Supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) as an advanced technique in analysis chemistry forsample analysis and preparation,have been widely applied to many fields such aschemistry industry,food industry,medicine industry and the development and researchon natural product.Based on the systematical consultation of the literature anddocument,this review summarized the principle of Supercritical fluid extraction andthe application of it on natural product and other chemical substancesPart Ⅲ: Chemical studis on non-volatile components from E. rugulosa Hemsal.Using various methods including silica gel,preparative TLC and recrystal,we had isolated twenty- one compounds from the whole plant of E. rugulosa Hemsal. By the means of UV,IR,MS, 1HNMB,13CNMR and DEPT ,as well as comparison with the authentic samples and elemental analysis,the structures of eighteen compounds were identified as alphatica, sterides coumarins,flavonoids and sesquiterpenes.Among of them,there are two new compounds which were isolated from this genius for the first time,named as Hemsline A and Hemsline B.Other compounds were obtained for the first time from E. rugulosa Hemsal Part?: Chemical studies on the essential oil of E. rugulosa Hemsal by SFE-CO2In this part,the constituents of the essential oil from E. rugulosa Hemsal were studied by the means of GC-MS.The results showed that the main constituents are carvacrol,thymol and P-cymene-A-ol.The oil gained by SFE-CO2 is moe fresh and natural,and the production process is mor simple.Moreover,we had made some biological sterilization experiment of the essential oil,and obtained the minimal dose for sterilization.The results of this research provided some scientific evidence for the medicine development of the plant,and for the studies on medical resource of plants and taxological chemical botany. |
