| Based on the analysis of sources, characteristics, treatment present situation and treatment problems of drilling waste water, this paper raises preliminarily treating of physical and chemical gel breaking and biological oxidation process. Samples are fetched in drilling spot, study indoor has selected CAC-1 as gel breaker ,got the optimum formulations of physical and chemical disposition. The biodegradation feasibility has been proved with pretreating drilling wastewater, and then, combined with the SBR activated sludge process, further study investigated affections of concentration of activated sludge, biological nutrient and aeration time, got The optimum conditions of biological oxidation process. By analysis the disposed wastewater, the concentration of the dominant pollutant substances in the drilling wastewater can be decreased primarily down to meet the requirement for three level standards in GB8978-96 stipulated by the State. |
