Cnc Equipment Maintenance Management And Fault Diagnosis System

This thesis gives a profound explanation on how to construct both a CNC maintenance system based on the B/S model and an expert system for the CNC fault diagnosing system based on the experiential knowledge of experts.The first part of this thesis makes the analyse on the current status and problems about the CNC maintenance in both domestic and abroad, and upon these, put forward a resolution of B/S model to these problems. Meanwhile, it briefly introduces the reader some technology adopted by these two systems, including JAVA, JAVA SERVLET, JSP. The second part of this thesis is about the establishing process for the CNC maintenance management system, and providing with some implemented interface and function of some important functional module.The last part puts emphasis on the constructing process of a kind of expert system for the CNC fault diagnosing. Its content covers the organising model for the experiential knowledge of experts, and the realization for the system reasoning. Finally, it gives ROUGH SET method to optimize the experiential knowledge offered by those experts, and make some expectation for improving this system.
