The author studied the principles technologies and performances of electrodeposited Fe-Co-Ni coating of alloy on the Al-Si alloy substrate in this paper. The electrodeposited principles structure content and performances of coating of ternary alloy were analyzed by means of IM6 electrochemistry workstation, XRD, SEM EDX, VSM etc. The main content of the experiments and the results included:1) By one dip nickel pretreatment, a compact and even-granular Fe-Co-Ni alloy coating was deposited on the Al-Si alloy substrate. The cathode process and influence of different additives on cathode process were studied by means of IM6 electrochemistry workstation.The results showed that electrodeposited Fe-Co-Ni coating of alloy belonged to anomalous co-deposition.2) Influences of the composition of bath and technology parameters on deposition velocity and coating content were studied. At the same, the principles of influence were analyzed.3) The structure, surface shape content of Fe-Co-Ni alloy coating were analyzed by means of XRD SEM, EDX.4) Influences of different NiSO4·6H2O concentration and heat treatment temperature on magnetism capability were discussed by VSM.The primary results showed that magnetism capability of coating was best when NiSO4·6H2O concentration is 60g/L and heat treatment temperature had not apparent act to advance magnetism capability of coating.5) Corrosion behavior of alloy coating was studied by IM6 electrochemistry workstation.The results showed that oxidation potential(OP) and anticorrosion of Fe-Co-Ni alloy coating in acid, alkali, salt had respective relation as below:alkali>salt>acid and acid
