Polyethylene is one of the plastic materials with more utilities in the industry. The properties and processability of the material have evolved together with the catalyst system development. Recently, a new Complex metallocene catalyst CME combined with Z-N catalyst component has been developed .This paper researches the physical property and rheological property of polyethylene obtained via complex metallocene catalyst CME .The effects of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution on properties of the complex metallocene catalyst CME -catalyzed polyethylene were discussed. The rheology and extrusion properties of CME-PE were studied by means of capillary rheometer and screw extruder. Some special rheological properties of CME-PE were obeserved The experiment results improve that the complex metallocene catalyst CME can yield polyethylene with diverse molecular weight distribution (narrow and bimodal distribution ).The rheology property of polymer with bimodal distribution was improved.
