| Tube cracking is the major process for producting ethylene nowadays, About 99 percent of ethylene is produced by tube furnace in the world.This paper study a new technology for intensifying heat transfer . There are several short special forged tube with twisty slice being jointed in radiant coils at given place . we hope it can intensify heat transfer. The test method is comparing the data of the blank test with that of the intensifying heat transfer test.The test results indicate: the technology can intensity heat transfer, increase the selectivity and yield of ethylene and propylene, decrease coke deposit or prolong the run time of radiant coil, or increase 10 percent of the capacity of cracking heater, if it can be widely used in industry cracking heater, the benefit would be very high. |
