In this research , 010 resin which was widely produced by domestic factories was modified by grafting and crosslinking with grafting agent and crosslinking agent without solution . Three synthesizing conditions were chosen as the hope conditions to synthesize aim products . In order to meet the needs of different users of polyamide HMA , a new operating method was given by using some adjusters in this paper , which will result in the adaptability of products advanced and lay the ground work for industrialization of the products . Base on the synthetic technology of our lob. , the adhesive was synthesized , in which the 010 resin was used as a main material and wasted polyester as a partial one . By researching the effects of the mount of wasted polyester added and other synthetic conditions on the properties of this adhesive , the best proportion and conditions were found . The properties of the products , such as softening-point , viscosity , toughness etc. ; were improved greatly comparing with 010 resin , which have been reaching the same level of the products impute .In this paper, the stabilization of polyamide hot melt adhesives to thermo-oxidative caused by some normal antioxidants and their composite systems were also studied. The results indicated that during the thermo-oxidative of PA HMA, the stabilizers composed by main antioxidant and auxiliary antioxidant were more effective in stabilize than a single antioxidant. The results also showed that thermo-oxidative resistance of PA HMA was different of various viscosity, of which the small viscosity PA HMA were better than the large ones.
