This paper is general to have stated resin sand modelling process. Fu Nan resin and alkalescence resin have been studied in self-setting sand at normal temperature and high temperature. Pouring contrast technology experiment have been carried out in resin self-setting sand and the clay dry mould sand with nodular cast iron. The cooling rate in mold of resin sand mold was more slow than cooling rate in clay dry mould sand, analyzing quantitatily solidification course of crankshaft in resin sand mold with low pressure casting. Applying orthogonality test method to analyze the crankshaft resin sand casting pouring molten iron of low pressure cast. The high quality crankshaft has been gotten by definite pouring technology specification of low pressure cast , its pouring technology scheme design of low pressure is reasonable. Having determined the reasonable crankshaft parameter of low pressure of foundry technology , having realized the crankshaft resin sand casting pouring technology production of low pressure casting , having solved the crucial technical problems such as export end slag inclusion, carban flotation and blowhole efficiently , having realized expected goal. Percent defective ratios reduced by original 15.78% to 8.38% , having gotten good economic benefits. The completion of this project has offered very good reference experience for having filled the resin sand casting pouring technology of low pressure casting to produce the crankshaft of nodular cast iron, having reached domestic and international advanced level...
