| By analyzing the history and actuality in and out abroad, according to the CNC development plan and demand to reliability increasing of factories and developing trend of CNC made in China, the reliability study is advanced. This paper utilizes basal theory of reliability engineer and method of Stat and uses for reference studying method of other field. The paper analyzes and discusses CNC reliability in detail in allusion to existed problems. And basal theory about reliability increasing technology of CNC is built, locale data is settled, concluded and analyzed. The system reliability definition and calculate method, quantity target of assessing production are proposed by this paper. The aim, method and concourse of building reliability experimentation, CNC failure distinguish and reckon in regulation also are introduced. This article points how to build currency configuration of CNC failure database, and introduces CNC failure model, subsystem and parts code, failure reason code, main characteristic, running environment, function description of CNC failure data processing software; the failure model and its reason are analyzed by the numbers, advice on how to improve and increase reliability is proposed. |
