The mining method adopted for the copper ore body mining within the range of-100m?100m underground in Zi.jinshan gold-copper mine is sub-mine ore column two-stage mining stage empty field subsequent filling mining method,use of large diameter deep holes side of the way to mine ore mining.June 2015 deep mines first steps after mining the mine,the following three major problems have emerged:1)Blasting vibratioon and blasting impact caused by blasting in large scale blasting are too large,and the blasting hazard effect is obvious;2)During the blasting process,there are many large rocks,seriously affected the follow-up process;3)Explosive unit consumption is high,there is room for optimization.The paper relies on blasting control technology research of Zijinshan gold-copper mine stope(No.01051602),Based on the current situation of the project,the blasting parameters are studied through theoretical research,numerical simulation and field test,and the control blasting technique is used to solve the above problems.In the aspect of blasting mechanism analysis,the blasting mechanism of three kinds of charge structures,such as ball-shaped exptosive blasting,VCR blasting and air-space charge blasting,is first analyzed.The Starfield superposition method was introduced to calculate and analyze the formation of columnar explosive blasting funnel.The formula of blasting funnel radius was deduced.The initial impact pressure in air-space charge hole was deduced and the distribution of initial impact pressure in the hole was obtained.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of cracking and failure in blasting rocks with air interval charge and the comb inatio n with the characteristics of stope blasting,the calculation method for determining the range o f deco uple coe fficie nt of charge of air c harge is obtained.Combining the mechanism of blasting of VCR with the mechanism of hollow-hole blasting,the mechanism of deep-hole cut blasting by VCR in hollow-hole was analyzed,and the parameters such as the distance of blast hole,length of plug,length of charge and so on were deduced and calculated.Charge length of about 3 to 4 times the length of the hole plug length is more reasonable.Finally,the paper also analyzes the blockage effect of blasting blast hole in stope and puts forward several principles for determining the length of blasthole blockage in stope blasting.Based on the proposed principle,the calculation method for determining the blockage length of the hole and the hole bottom is obtained.In terms of Numerical Optimization,the thesis uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software based on ALE algorithm.Firstly,numerical simulation analysis of blasting scheme of air-space charge structure is carried out.The actual blasting effect of each scheme is compared,The best charge structure blasting mechanism,numerical simulation method is used to analyze the hole effect in cut program.Then in the VCR notch method of hollow hole blasting.Finally,the change of blasting effect at different hole bottom and orifice plugging length was analyzed in the research of plugging plugging length.The optimal plugging length of orifice was about 1.6m and the best plugging length of hole bottom was about 1.1m.In terms of control blastin g technology:cut blasting,the use of hollo'w-hole VCR cut blasting program,loading length of 3m,a single cut height of up to 5m,and uniform blasting block,the construction rate is high,can be Improve min ing efficiency;In the field of industrial blast furnace control test application:cut blasting,the use of ho low-hole VCR cut blasting program,loading length of 3m,a single cut height of up to 5m,and uniform blasting block,the construction rate is high,can be Improve mining efficiency;In the control and monitoring of blasting hazard effect,the design of the differential detonation network is optimized,and the monitoring and analysis of the blasting vibration are carried out.The maximum single-bolus dose of blasting vibration safety under the air-space charge is calculated.
