With the textile industry's rapid development in Chinese, the requirement of the computer embroider machine have become higher, But in our Country the thechnology of the embroider machin' s control system has dropped behind the developed country. Now the motor contorl technology has quickly development, the silicon industry have got the technology renovation and the realtime control system has rapid improvement, so the all parts of the embroder machine' s technologies have become mature, so the research of the computer embrtoider machine must be payed more and more attentions.In this embroider machine control system, the TMS320LF2407A (Digital Signal Processing Chip) is used for the main control chip, because of DSP chip' s powerful capablity, stabilization and the advanced Field-Orient Control technology, our control systerm have got the higer performance than othe system. Field Oriented Control (FOC) is one of the advanced theories, which is based on motor unification principle, energy conversion and vector coordinate transformation theory. It has many advantages such as novelty, practicability and advancement.In this control system, we also use GM82C765B chip for the floppy driver interface chip, integrate the FAT12 file systerm of Microsoft, develop a floppy file access system. So the floppy driver' s application have become more extensive. This control system' s application have proved the embroider machine contorl system have good perfomance and stablity, is novel practicable control system.
