Cold rolled strip is an important part of the steel products.It is the main means that the cold rolled strip are detected by automation instrumentation to improve its performance and yield.The flatness parameter is one of the most important indicators of measuring cold rolled strip performance.So we can adjust the roller through measure flatness parameter,to complete the production of high quality strip.After careful study on the measuring principle and method of domestic and foreign straightness instrument,and finally this paper used the measurement of tension as design principle.This is a process which is going on measuring the strip surface by pressure sensors in real time,then the data will be sent to the host computer,and a control signal will be feedback to the roller through the PC.In the process,this paper puts forward a design scheme for the whole flatness gauge,and design the hardware of control system,including the circuit of power supply module,the circuit of controller module,the circuit of signal acquisition and the circuit of communication module,etc.At the same time,this paper complete the design of the system software,and the system will analysis and process the collected signal to improve the measurement accuracy of the system in according to the data processing ability of the digital signal processor.The mode of a digital signal processor and pressure sensors have many advantages,such as high precision,low cost,easy to automatic control and so on.
