There is one chemical group in Yangzhou, which is national large-scale enterprise, it is appointed to provide raw rubber material for department of chemical plant. Mainly products are fabric by soaking the glue , 5- sulfonic acid natrium benzene's bordering with two formyl and two ester (Three Monomer ,SIPM ) , phosphoric acid with three first ester, accelerant NS, rubber promoter etc. The factory let out waste water with high density pollutant during the producing "Three Monomer" , COD density is up to 16- 18 ten thousand mg/L, as the waste water with strong acid, high salt and feeble biochemistry character ( B : C ≈ 0.1) , it is difficult for us to deal with it by the method of biological disposal; methyl alcohol and SIPM in waste water is regarded as offal, so we not only waste resource but only pay high expenses for sewage treatment plan( 1,600,000 p.a.). recently, it have become a bottleneck restraining the development of factory. This paper mainly discussed how to deal with high-density organic waste water, after the NDA-7 great-hole-super- mutual-united resin absorbed "Three Monomer", it became hydrochloric acid waste water which was of stable nature, the absorptivity of SIPM > 80% , the rate of pulling off > 90%,the rate of regaining> 75%, Additionally, I have designed the project on how to make "Three Monomer" waste water reused. We could retrieve about 88%SIPM materials and about 80% methyl alcohol, COD density is fell from 16-18 ten thousand mg/ L to 15,000mg/ L, we could gain the remarkable profit of 3,738,000 RMB every year.
