Along with the improvement of the life level, at the time of paying attention to the beauty, comfort of clothing, also as to it's care, the health function, people put forward the higher request to the clothing. As a result, the antimicrobial textile products have been favored by the people increasingly. However, the traditional antimicrobial textile products processing methods, more or less, exist some disadvantages, and usually need to join some chemistries in these methods, not only will result in harm to the human body, but also still result in the pollution of the environment. Emphasizing the nature increasingly at the people, traditional processing methods hasn't satisfied the people's need yet, ultrasonic a kind of green of processing method, has the good development future by all means.Ultrasonic, a kind of technique used extensively, has varied abilities to influence wet processing. It can reduce processing time, depletion and lower the chemicals consume, and improve the product quantity. According to the advantages of ultrasonic and the disadvantages of traditional processing methods, so we adopt ultrasonic to process the antimicrobial textile products, expecting to acquire antimicrobial textile products of good and stable function. In order to attain the research purpose of this topic, combining to experiment conditions and the actual circumstances, within the research time, we did the research work as following.First of all, in the research experiment of this topic, we need to study the relations between frequencies and the size of nanomaterials and the gaps of the fibers, and need to choose the suitable frequency for the antimicrobial textile products of nanomaterials. Therefore, according to existing experiment conditions and other objective factors, we carried on an independence research and manufacture work of multi-frequencies ultrasonic device. It creates convenient conditions for our experiments. The device can produce ultrasonic of five frequencies, satisfying our experiment demand. The second, we studied the influence of the dispersion function of a frequency to the nanomaterials. All exist a tougher problem in the process of making use of the nano-particles to fabrics and fibers currently. That is the reunion problem of nano-particles. How to disperse the nano-particles evenly in the target thing is still an important topic of the nanometerials application currently, also is an important factor whether nanometerials can create good economic performance or not. Therefore, before the...
