In this paper the quality of the turbid recirculating water attain the standard of recycle( the oil content>5 mg/ L, TSS<20 mg/ L), making use of the flocculating method and ozones technology to dispose the turbid recirculating water . In use the chemistry flocculating method, the dose of inorganic flocculant, the dose of organic flocculant, the time of mixing, the speed of mixing affecting the effluent quality were examined, optimized conditions are summarized. The best condition of the turbid recirculating water are as follows:the dose of inorganic flocculant PAC 15mg/ L , the dose of organic cation flocculant PAMl. 3mg/ L .The speed of mixing is 80 rpms/ min, the time of mixing is 6 mins . In this optimal conditions,the removal efficiency of oil is 91.6% and the removal efficiency of mud is 100%.Making the isothermal absorption experience of kaolin in 25 ℃,to understand where the oil material go. The isothermal absorption experience of kaolin is in accordance with Freundlich equation, the K value is 10-0.687 and the 1/n value is 1.28. It prove that the kaolin can adsorb the oil material .With some special factors, carried on the test that turbidity , surfactant and emulsifing flocculant affect the flocculating effect.Get three conclusions: l)The turbidity contributes to remove the oil; 2 )The surfactant make particulate stabilize in the water, it can' t removal oil ;3) The emulsifing flocculant don't affect the flocculating result.The result of turbid recirculating water flocculating test is that the removal efficiency of oil is 91.5% and the removal efficiency of TSS is 92. 7%.It is in accordance with the conclusion. In ozone oxidize method, carried on an ozone time experiment , conclude that optimal ozones time is 30 mins and the removal efficiency of oil is 72.5%. Regarding to turbidity, oil and pH value, we carrying on a variety of experiments . The result indicate: 1) In ozone oxidize method, the affection of turbidity is limited;2)Ozone produce measure affect the removal efficiency of oil. 3) When the pH value be partial to the acidity, it is contribute to oxidize. In turbid recirculating water oxidize test, the removal efficiency of oil is 70. 5% .From the absorbance of the oil instrument, it indicate that the method of ozone oxidize isn t the same with the chemistry flocculating s. The ozone oxidize can discharge the oil and the chemistry flocculating disposit the oil.
