By using chemical flocculation, micro-electrolysis & ozone oxygenation, this paper has studied the treatment of oiliness turbid circulating water. Then the water quality arrive at the recycle standard of circle water in steel industry of China (amount of oil containing <5mg/L). At the same time, applied the methods to other oiliness waste water, the water quality arrive at the drainage standard of waste water in China (amount of oil containing <10mg/L).The author simulated oiliness turbid circulating water. (1) By flocculating trail, fond that the coagulators (PAC, FO-4650SH, AN-923VHMU) did better, and obtained the dose of these coagulators. Then did compounded trial. (2) By trail of effect of stir speed and flocculating time, obtained the best stir speed (40r/min) and flocculating time (10min). (3) According to the result of trials above, did orthogonal trial. Obtained the best conditions of oil removal trail: PAC 13mg/L, FO-4650SH 2.0mg/L, Stir speed 40r/min, Flocculating time 15min, and conditions of turbidity removal trail: PAC15mg/L, AN-923VHMU1.8mg/L, Stir speed 50r/min, Flocculating time 12min. (4) Studied effect of surface active agent(SAA) on flocculating trial. (5) Applied to actual oiliness turbid circulating water, the water quality arrived at the recycle standard of circle water in steel industry of China.This paper had studied effect of these factors (time, pH, initial amount of oil & initial turbidity) on Fe-c and ozone oxygenation oil removal trial. In Fe-C trail, the best conditions were: time 20min, pH 2. Oil removal efficiency was 90.21%. From the ozone oxygenation trial, the author found that the factors of time and pH were important ones. And when pH was about 8, the effect of treatment was best.Coagulators of PAC and PAM were applied to dispose other oiliness waste water (oil refining waste water, machine waste water, eatery waste water & fuel electric plant waste water) by used together. Under the best conditions of flocculating trail, just changed properly the dose of coagulators, the oil removal efficiency was better than 91%, and the turbidity removal efficiency was better than 88%. The remained amount of oil in oil refining waste water was 8.61mg/L, the others were under 5mg/L.
