Abstract: According to the concentration of the pollution in the coke plant wastewater and its characteristic, choosing a practical wastewater treatment method -anaerobic-oxidizing (A-O)method, combining with the coagulant sedimentation, to do the mimic experiments. The experiments were close to the industrial conductions. The CODCr- of the coke plant wastewater before treatment was 3920mg/L. By the coagulant sedimentation ,the best adding concentration of PFS as the flocculating agent was 11.6mg/L.The adding concentration of kaoline as the coagulant aid was 0.5g/L .Building a mini mimic A-0 treating system and changing the fillers and temperature got the best efficiency. It was 75.76%. The minimum of CODcr was about 750mg/L. If the coke plant wastewater would be reuse to the cooling water system, the wastewater must be diluted by the clean water. There were two kinds of the clean water. They were the Changjing River water and the deep well subsurface water in Tengzhou. There are three important problems They are the corrosion , scaling and the biofouling. The methods to deal with the three problems would be found. The efficient pharmaceutical and the formula were found by the coupon test. The formulas SH0443H and SH0415ZH were better for the corrosion and scaling controlling in cooling water system. The influence of the microbe growing of the coke plant wastewater reused to the cooling water system was clear by microbe controlling experiment. The reusing wastewater which COD was 85mg/L could not make the microbe grow too fast to make the biofouling. By the series of experiments of treatment and reusing, the tentative results were got that the diluted coke plant wastewater reusing to the cooling water system has the actual meaning.
