In the paper, the screening mechanisms of elastic screen surface and screening theory of moist fine coal were studied, the loaded dynamic model of flip-flow screen surface was driven, the formula and distribution formula of screen surface displace, velocity, acceleration were given.In order to prove the acceptable acceleration models for flip-flow screen, three different dynamic fundamentals models were introduced. The three models were systematically computed for analysis and comparison. Finally, the acceptable acceleration models were proposed. These models not only reveal the dynamic special behavior but also provide the acceptable fundamentals for further study in advancing the level in both mechanical design and technological application of flip-flow screen.A series optimization on vibration index K_V and regression analysis was carried out, key parameters expressions were created, optimized data of mechanical parame -ters and technological parameters have been got; these results provide fundamentals for improving the screens.Two types of dynamic models were created. The elastic stretching influence, both in quantity and in pattern, was proposed. A special regulation function of the elastic stretching was also revealed. These findings provide fundamentals for meeting design and technological requirements on polyurethane sieving plate specification of the flip-flow screen.
