Coal is the basic energy and important industrial raw material of our country,which strongly supports the development of national economy.Clean and efficient use of coal has been an important issue of coal separation.Vibration screening equipment is an important component of coal separation process,and its working performance is the key to achieve high efficiency separation.However,due to coal seam water seepage,dust and other reasons,resulting in the coal contains more external water.The general vibration sieve has been difficult to do the work of sorting,the direct screening technology of wet fine coal has not been solved effectively.In view of the above problems,this paper based on the circular vibrating screen,according to the principle of dynamics,the circular vibrating flipflow screen was proposed.On the basis of the screen surface relaxation principle,the overall structure of the circular vibrating flip flow screen was designed.On the basis of the Lagrange equation,three degree of freedom dynamics model of circular vibration of flip flow screen was built,the analytic solutions was obtained,the mechanism of vibration screening was expounded.Based on this,the dynamic parameters were selected.The virtual prototype model for circular vibrating flip flow screen using ADAMS was built,the multi-body dynamics simulation is carried out to analyze its dynamic characteristics.The correctness of the theoretical model and analytical calculation was verified.The three-dimensional model of circular vibration sieve relaxation was established,and the modal analysis was carried out.Its various modes and vibration type were obtained and the mode which is unfavorable to its smooth operation is avoided effectively,and it's also lay the foundation for harmonic response analysis.Static and harmonic response analysis were conducted,study on vibration frequency response and equivalent circle stress relaxation sieve.Based on this,the strength of the key parts is checked.This paper presents a new structure of elastic screen surface,the comparison of the new screen surface and the common screen surface under the finite element analysis were made.The results show that there is no stress concentration and the stress is more balanced,it can provide ideas for structural optimization and extended service life of elastic screen surface.Circular vibrating sample machine of flip-flow screen was manufactured,the dynamic experiments were carried out under load condition and unload condition,the vibration displacement signal and the dynamic parameters were researched.Through the comparison of the main screen body and the floating horizontal displacement signal frame,the analysis of the principle of relative displacement and relaxation space trajectory data.By comparing the vertical displacement signals of different measuring points on the main screen,the motion stability is analyzed.By testing the horizontal displacement of the main screen and the floating frame under different exciting frequencies,we can find out the exciting frequency.
