Existence of structural planes affect greatly rock mass of dynamical properties in the rock mass, Reasearch rock intensity parameters of rock mass must understand distribution regulation of structural planes in the rock mass, and structural planes to rock mass intensity influencial degree. Numerous examples of rock mass engineering indicate that the deformation and breaking law of rock mass depends on its structural characteristics , and the stability of rock mass construction is controlled by the very structure of rock mass. Therefore, in order to ensure the structural stability of rock mass and production safety, must strengthen researches of rock mass structural planes and take adequate measures for controlling the deformation and breaking of rock mass structural planes. This paper takes rock mass structural plane that influences the stability of rock mass construction as the main subject of investigation, According to Monte-Carle method principles, utilizing visual programming technology of computer, and taking and advantage of VC and C language program.to write the system of structural plane network simulation. Finally, utilizing this system going on simulate the structural planes of a slope projects, distribution of joint plane and crack going on computer simulation to this projects, and obtaining structural planes graph of distribution of joint and crack, equal density gragh, rose trend graph and RQD value graph etc. Through equal structural plane network simulation real rock mass characteristics, from simulation consequence and real situation drawing a conclution that simulation different parameters is equal to real present situation, and offering real model and data to going on calculation structural plane anastomosis and RQD value etc.
