The use of fiber materials can largely economize energy sources, because silicon-aluminium system fiber materials possess many good performances. It has extensive appliance in metallurgy ,atomic energy industry .But many traditional silicon-aluminium system ceramic fiber's mineral power can produce bio-chemical actions with the cells in biological body, which not only can do harm to people's health, but also can do certain harm to natural environment . Studies show that durable mineral fiber has a potential danger to cause cancer to people, but not nondurable mineral fiber.In the recent years, many new non-durable biological soluble fiber appear in overseas markets. However, the study about this is only in the beginning in home. The study about soluble fiber can meet employable performances of materials and also can assort soluble fiber with environment. The studies can realize ceramic fiber's durable development in our country.In CaO-MgO-SiO2 system, through the solution of soluble ceramic fiber different ratio of C/M and different additors, in the simulative environment and fore and aft SEM testing, we discuss the soluble ceramic fiber's lowering degradability .From physical aspect biological soluble ceramic fiber's solution and swelling begin with its surface which makes its structure loosen and its superficial area quickly enlarge, then the fiber is dispersed. Form chemical aspect, the reaction of non-crystal silicon dioxide in the fiber with water makes H+ in the water, then pH rises in the Gamble solutions, which make the fiber further dissolve.In CaO-MgO-SiO2 system, degradation of biological soluble fiber reduce as the content of ZrSiO4 increases, but it increase with the content of TiO2 and H2BO3 increase. Besides these, the ratio of C/M has also an affect on the lowering degradation firstly increases, then reduces as the ration of C/M is 5.4.In CaO-MgO-SiO2 system, by means of the testing of DTA and X-Ray, we study devitrification of soluble fiber, crystallization of soluble ceramic fiber firstly reduces then increases as the ratio of C/M increase , thermal stabilization of soluble fiber is good when the ratio of C/M is 5.4. Trend of crystallization reduces as the content of ZrSiO4, the adding TiO2 and H2BO3 can promote crystallization.In CaO-MgO-SiO2 system, the results of fused mass in his temperature shows that the viscosity of fused mass of biological soluble ceramic fiber reduces as the temperature increase. The viscosity increase as the content of SiO2 increases the viscosity in low temperature increases, but decreases in high temperature as the content of TiO2 increases.
