| Chinese traditional medicine is treasure of Chinese traditional physic. In china, the use of Chinese traditional medicine has a history of 2000 years. Nowadays, the prevalent application of natural science like chemistry, biology, physics in Chinese traditional medicine results in great success of study on Chinese traditional physic. With caring about physiological use of elements more and more, people pay more attention to study of elements in Chinese traditional medicine.In this article, we cleared up sample of Chinese traditional medicine using microwave digestion instrument. And we determined 48 elements in 85 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine including 63 kinds of herbal medicine and 22 kinds of patent medicine by FAAS and ICP-MS. In addition, we determined 48 elements in decoction of 6 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine. The results are satisfied.The study of Chinese traditional medicine indicates that the content of elements in Chinese traditional medicine is. concerned with the breed of Chinese traditional medicine, the planting region, the time of life, the condition of planting, manufacturer. On the other hand, the study of decoction of Chinese traditional medicine indicates that lixiviation of elements in Chinese traditional medicine is concerned with the time of decoction, the shape and the breed of Chinese traditional medicine, decocting solely or compositely. |
