Based on biomineralization principles, hydroxyapatites with nature-bone materials' structure were synthesized by a bicontinuous microemulsion template method. The microemulsion template was made up of CTAB, alcohol, hexadecane and water in molar ratio of 1.00:1.10:1.10. The mineralization materials' nucleation and growth was controlled by this template. The framework and structure were characterized by means of SEM, TEM,XRD, and FT-IR, A comparison was made between the samples and the one prepared by co-precipitation on dissolving ability in simulate body fluid .The results show : the products were stick monomer hydroxyapatites and their structure parameter were ao=O.92O,co=O.688, in agree-ment with that of the nature-bone materials, and their properties were better than the one made by co-precipitation .In order to study the template function of the surfactant , microemulsions formed by two systems made by CTAB/ hexanol/hexadecane/water and TX100/hexanol//cyclohexane/water have been used as templates to synthesis Calcium Phosphate materials. This template can adjust, control and abducte the mineralization. The framework and structure were characterized by means of SEM , TEM , XRD and FT-IR measurements . The results show : different microemulsions can control the products' framework and granularirty, the same time different nucleation can result in different structures.For single HA bearing bad mechanics performance, based on bimimetic principle, composite materials can conquer the shortcoming of the single materials and exert the advantage of the single materials. So HA/glutin composite materials were studied in this article. Compound means of HA/glutin composite were discussed, structure were characterized by SEM, FT-IR , composite materials have speciality in SBF such as pH and Ca2+ varied with the time , and HA/glutin composite materials compared with HA in mechanics performance, the results show: the surface ofmaterials is boreness , in SBF materials behave some speciality in pH and Ca2+ varied with the time , and mechanics performance is better than HA.
