The current of research and development on the structures and properties of nano materials is reviewed. And this confers special attributes to these materials. Now the application of nano materials is an active research field in modern science. Dozens of nano materials have been successfully prepared by this method.In this paper, The Ni nanopowders was prepared Under the system of the microemulsion-template. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) to determine the chemical composition, crystal microstructure, the size and size distribution. Under oxidizing the system of reducing has been employed to prepare the nano Ni powder. The effect of the acoustic, the order of adding reagents and the addition of surfactant were observed. The results suggest that the nano Ni powder having good flowability and thermostability can be prepared by the method described in this study. The primary aggregation of particles occurred during precipitation process and the secondary aggregation during the drying process. The former was inhibited by adding surfactant and the latter was prevented by getting rid of water by using an organic reagent. Consequently, well-dispersed Ni powders were obtained, and the samples with average size about 35nm.
