The thicknes of clay blanket reached 65.9m in Wo-Long-Hu mine frozen segment construction.That is the most thickness in Huai-Bei mine area.In forzen method,it is generally that clay blanket which contains calcareous,comprared with other soil,is lower in freezing strength,bigger in frost heave,obviouslly.in freezing creep deformation.The research that how to safety and quickly pass extra-thick clay planket is important for project success or fail.This paper gived theoretical analyse of design for multi-rows freezing pipes freezing wall;established multi-row pipes freezing tempereture field superposed calculated theory and temperature calculating model,gived implemented method applying computer software programme.Utilizing vc++,the paper developped a set of freezing method information visual software,which is adapted with field survey geological conditions and constuction conditions.The function such as frozen drilling hole quality overall merit, real-time inquiry and forcasting of freezing temperature field, freezing wall security preview and prediction is presented. The research of external concrete sidewall security technique in extra-thickness clay blanket is also gived in this paper.Pratical experience indicated that these researches are great instructive for passing extra-thickness clay blanket.It is great reference for later passing extra-thick clay blanket with freezing method.The achivement of freezing clay character and characteristic parameter borrowed good ideas for later similar projects.
