Template-synthesis method is a kind of new technology to prepare nanometer materials. AAO (anodic aluminum oxide) template, which has hexagonally ordered pore array, is one of the most ideal templates used to synthesize nanometer array materials. Using AAO template to synthesize nanometer array materials has been one of the most crucial technologies in the field of nano-copy.In this paper, AAO templates were prepared by aluminum anodizing in given electrolytes (oxalic, sulfuric and phosphoric acid solution). Through the comparison of the nano-pores in the face and back side and the current evaluation with time at constant applied voltage during anodization, we discussed the mechanism of the self-organization process of the nano-pores.Nanochannel-array materials have attracted considerable scientific and commercial attention due to their potential utilization in magnetic, electronic, optoelectronic structures and devices. In this paper, we report a novel method to prepare well-aligned and highly ordered homogeneous Ti-Pd nanowires and Ti-Pd alloy array templates with the cylindrical pores of AAO template by PLD (pulsed laser deposition) method. The main results are as followings:1 , Hexagonally ordered pore arrays of alumina were obtained by one-and two-step aluminum anodization, and nanometer porous array has been imaged by SEM and AFM. Through-hole templates, which has ordered pore in bigger domains, can be obtained when oxalic acid solution was electrolyte. While alumina templates which were made in sulfuric and phosphoric acid have meshy structure and can be used as carrier of catalyze. It can be concluded from the results of the experiments, the nano-pores in the back side of the alumina templateprepared by one-step anodization are more regular than those in the face side, but the two sides of the AAO template prepared by two-step anodization are regular in both sides.2, The current evaluation with time during anodization can be noted down by ammeter, which was connect with computer, when the voltage is constant. Through the comparison of the nano-pores in the face and back side and the plot of the current and the time during anodization, we discussed the mechanism of the self-organization process of the nano-pores.3, Ti-Pd alloy array templates with the cylindrical pores were copied from AAO template by PLD method. The size and the shape of this alloy template can be controlled by the structure of AAO template. This array template is more stable, better ductile and easier to use than AAO template.4, Highly ordered homogeneous Ti-Pd nanowires were prepared by PLD method in AAO template. Images of SEM and AFM can prove the results. As a type of shape memory alloy (SMA) array, it could be very useful in a variety of applications such as electronic and optoelectronic devices.It is such simple and efficient a method to prepare nanochannel-array materials using AAO template and PLD. In the following experiment, we will develop the application of this method to prepare nanochannel-array of varied materials. And we can also prepare nanochannel-array materials by other methods such as electrochemical deposition and sol-gel method in AAO template. Then we can make good use of our AAO templates to obtain fruitful results.
