In recent years,Multidimensional nano-material have gained lots of attention. Notonly Its unique physical properties arouse people’s interest, but also its absorbingproperties, high-density energy storage properties can be widely applied in militaryproject and nuclear energy project. Template method, as a kind of mature method waswidely used in nano-material preparation. The most prominent characteristic of thismethod is the nano-products have strict structure. And at the same time, it has a goodstability and repeatability. So we choose Template method to prepare reliable and stablelow density high Z metal materials.In this paper, we use AAO template to prepare low density high Z metal materials,and to analyze the optical properties by its U-V spectrum. We prepare self-orderedporous alumina membranes by a two-step replicating process.AAO with a50nm-150nminter-pore distance has been obtained by adjust anodizing voltage and electrolyte type.And then, we treat the AAO with high temperature and chemical solution to make theAAO have good properties in absolving metal particles. After that, we will fill metal inAAO by magnetron sputtering. We get nano-metal hill array by pasting. And we study thethe optical properties of nano-metal hill array and AAO+metal-arry by its U-V spectrum.We got a low reflective multilayer nanomaterial in200nm-1100nm wavelength.Finally, we prepare different kind of Carbon nano-material on AAO which havingsputtered Ni by CVD in different temperature. And we prove the tubes for Carbonnanotubes and the layers for Graphene by SEM and Raman spectrum. And we determinetheir growth mode by SEM.
