Measuring the biodegrade lignin ability of the fungi of our lab to with wood agar plates, we found that chromophoric structures occurred and effectively reversed after a while. It indicates that some extracellurlar enzymes were produced in phase, and to fungi this way of excretion is in general. on the effect of laccase, peroxidase , the mahogany structures were appeared at the wood agar plates supplemented with guaiacol, but as time goes by, obvious reversion would appear at chromophoric zones, CDH or CBQ, extracellurlar enzyme, was produced by wood rot fungus with cellulose , which inhibited phenolic coupling of guaiacol by enzymes of lignin degradation.The condition of phosphoric acid buffer, temperature and ionic strength were changed to optimize the extraction technique and preservation condition of soybean hull peroxidase. The result of this research indicates that there is effect in increase the brightness of APMP with soybean hull peroxidase in using microwaves. It is easily to acquire the coarse soybean hull peroxidase. Insteaded of lignin peroxidase and manganese peroxidase, soybean hull peroxidase treated with APMP, there is some effect in the increasing brightness and suppressing heat-induced color reversion. This indicates that there is commercial potential to use this method in the paper making industry. The soybean hull peroxidase's effect in increasing the brightness and suppressing heat-induced color reversion can be promoted by microwave treatment.Microbiological biotransformation and biodegradation of coal was studied. By screening 23 strains of white fungi and a group of compound microorganisms we found that 6 strains and the compound microorganisms can grow well on the coal medium, the 6 strains were LG-6, LG-9, PC-14, PC-25, Ganderma.lipsense and Ganderma.lucidum. . An obvious absorption between 260nm to 280nm was found in the culture media. But the absorption of protein is between 260nm and 280nm too, so the culture should be ultrafiltrated to exclude the interference of protein. It can be concluded that new substances were produced when the strains transformed the coalby the analysis of filtrate, liquid analysis of the fermentation liquor also showed that conclusion. When cultured on the solid medium, trace quantity of mycelia could grow on the coal after an adaptive period of a month. This process is very slow, after a year the centrifuge tube was filled with mycelia.
