This study is aimed at to solve the problem of the silicone pipe made in our country, such as the core layer has bad lubricity, bad-distributed and the quality is unst(?)ble. Using the of blending melting method, a new process for producing functionality silicon lastic-silicone pipe master batch which is well consistent, high mechanical strength and well-lubricity (the friction factor is low) have been developed.We regulated additive, optimized the formula and the technical parameters for this process, a quite good silicone pipe master batch can be produced using this technolog}. After many times experiments. The flowing conclusions can be abtained: when the adding amount of organic silicon additive and processing additive are different, the effect will be different. When the adding amount of processing additive is less than 1% or more than 4%. it will show synergistic effect. When the amount is more than 1% and less than 4%, it will show repulsion effect. The experiment proves: if the formula is suitable, the organic silicon additive and compound processing additive will show well synergistic effect, and when the compound additive A/B/C/D=1/1/2.5/2.5, the friction factor will reduce to 0.2 even below, each function index of silicone pipe will come up to the standard. Silicone pipe master batch mixed with matrices pitch on 1:4, extrusion silicone pipe, the solid lubricate layer of silicone pipe's inner-wall is well-distributed, the friction factor is between 0.17 and 0.19.
