70% of the alumina in our country are produced by combined Process which has the disadvantages of long process, high energy consumption and so on, compared to the technology of alumina production by Bayer process in foreign countries. Thus the desilication technology of confluence of the green solution from sintering process and the digested solution from Bayer process is put forward in the article, which can greatly simplify the alumina production and reduce the energy consumption in combined process.Confluent desilication test was made in the laboratory between digested solution of the other plant Bauxite and green solution from sintering process through combined and serial process respectively, the result shows the feasibility of desilication technology of confluence of the green solution from sintering process and the digested solution from Bayer process. The high soda concentration of green solution from the sintering process is the key link to condition the confluent desilication technology. Some researches indicate that digestion process of sintered materials with low soda concentration can be achieved by adopting effective measures to create condition for confluent desilication technology.The confluent desilication test was made with the materials sampled on site at the ratio of 10 to 0,9 to 1, 8 to 2, 7 to 3respectiverly between the green solution from sintering process and the digested solution from Bayer process, and the desilication index of confluent desilication slurry was found to be able to meet the production requirement which further verifies the feasibility of confluent desilication technology for the condition of industry production.According to the result of the test, the flow diagram and the confluent desilication technology are put forward in this article in order to offer important reference for energy saving re-modification of combined process...
