Qufu Ecological Construction

For reducing the present global pollution, an extensive effort has been conducted for Ecocity constructing in all over the world, human society is entering into a brand-new ecological civilization era. Ecocity must be the main direction and object of modern city development in 21 century. With Jining-Qufu metropolitan area developing, it is an important problem for us to research one of its metropolitan counties-Qufu city how to catch hold of this great developing chance, accept the functional pervasion and industrial displacement, realize the harmonious development coinciding with Jining-Qufu metropolitan area, improve its urban competitive ability, build up the developing feature of itself and Construct ecological city.Above all, the author introduces some domestic and overseas relative theories about Ecological city and Metropolitan area. Then based on the given developing conditions and characteristics under the new background and according to the actual instance in Qufu city, the author expounds some ideas about Ecological city planning in Qufu city and brings forward some relative countermeasures. Discussing from three aspects respectively: ecological city, ecological economy and ecological environment on the basis of the Ecological principles, the author puts forward some systemic ideas as to the construction of Ecological city in Qufu city in order to reconstruct city, promote the benign circulation and realize sustainable development.The whole paper includes eight parts except the concluding remarks.Part Ⅰ and part Ⅱ:These two parts introduces the significance of research on eco-city's construction in QuFu and the development of study on eco-city abroad and inland.Part Ⅲ:This part elaborates the theoretical bases which include the philosophical thinking of the integration of the human being andnature , the theory of sustainable development of city , the theory of city ecology, theory of Metropolitan area .PartIV:This part analyses the favorable conditions and restrictive factors .The favorable conditions include superior natural conditions, advantageous economical potentiality , profound cultural foundation and so on. The restrictive factors include water resource, land , development and protection and so on.Part V :This part puts forward the ecological function area project of the QuFu City, and analyses the relation that the district economy development and the ecosystem function area.Part VI : This part analyses the present conditions on the ecological industry construction of the Qufu City, discussing from the ecological agriculture, ecological industry, the ecological tour industry etc, putting forward to carry out concrete measure of the ecological industry.Part VD :This part studies the ecological culture construction, putting forward the target about the ecological cultural system construction, elaborating the ecological meaning of Confucianism and concrete measures of the ecological cultural system construction.PartVDhThis part puts forward such countermeasures as cultivating ecological morality, consummating the vegetation system, raising construction funds by many ways, constructing supervision mechanism .With knowledge, technology and data limited, there are many deficiencies in this paper, such as lack of proper methods to quantify ecological environment . But as an attempt, this paper is to find out problems so that we can pay attention to these problems in similarresearches and solve them gradually.
