The paper mainly discusses the studies and designs of sewing machine servo control system based permanent magnet synchronous motor. According to system's index, the paper gives a system's design scheme with DSP as control core,and detailed discusses the key parts' function and realization method, designs the circuit schematic diagram,finishes the system software and hardware's design and system's installation,tests the all index of sample machine.The minimum control system cores as DSP and intelligent power model IRAMS10UP60A, realizes a effective and reliable servo control system hardware circuit. The paper detailed discusses the principle of the mainly circuit and some important problem. The isolation greatly improves the system's stability and electro magnetic compatibility. The intelligent power model reduces system's volume,improves the product's market competition.The paper gives a double loop control method of speed loop and current loop. The way makes system orientation more exact and the motor speed more smoothness. The motor control adopts the space vector pulse width modulation technology, the technology greater improves the power's using ratio. The software program language mainly uses C language. The software structure uses model structure,mainly including timer underflow interruption model,sewing mode function model,communication model,and so on. The paper detailed discusses and analyzes the several control rules, uses corrective PI arithmetic finally, implements the require of system's wide speed range and high orientation exact.The paper lists the debug results of sample machine's startup performance, orientation performance, brake performance. The test result proves that the system has high stability,low noise,high precision.The author sums up some experiences and ideas about the project at last.
