As the key equipment of modern garment processing,sewing equipment requires higher and higher speed and position control in the operation process in order to improve the efficiency and quality of sewing processing.It is necessary to shorten the starting and stopping time of sewing process on the premise of increasing the operation speed,and ensure the position control precision of the braking process.As traditional sewing equipment isolated at the same time,the equipment status and the data is difficult to obtain,manufacturer of equipment management and design optimization,in order to improve the whole life cycle of equipment management and remote maintenance,industrial sewing equipment interconnection,Internet mode production operation data collection,information management become a highlight the function of a new generation of industrial sewing equipment and sewing equipment technical improvement.Based on the requirements of manufacturing enterprises,this paper designs a new generation of joint equipment control strategy and interconnection scheme,which has engineering value for improving the performance of motor servo control system and realizing the transformation of traditional industrial network.Based on the literature survey and the new demand of engineering application of seam equipment,this paper studies and designs the several technologies of high-speed seam equipment of a new generation of industrial Internet.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper designed a new type of industrial sewing equipment controller architecture based on Internet with wireless communications and industrial architecture,ARM microprocessor was adopted to realize the high-speed spindle servo motor torque,speed and position of three closed loop control.By adding Bluetooth wireless communication design to the electronic control system of the work seam equipment,real-time data transmission with the Android multifunctional gateway APP is realized,as well as the cloud connected,interconnection scheme meets the sewing equipment industry.(2)In order to improve the fast start-stop control requirements of high-speed sewing operations,this paper designed a three-step buffering high real-time position control strategy of solving the parking of inaccurate position control motor speed or jitter problem under random parking instruction based on spindle servo motor vector servo motor current and speed control,shorten the time of the electric control system of sewing equipment braking process.(3)With the demand of industrial interconnection,this paper analyzed the pattern of traditional industrial sewing equipment and upgrade requirements,designed the industrial Internet solutions,studied the several technologies to realize industrial interconnection,developed a mobile gateway and control integration software,realized the interconnected communication link based on traditional industrial equipment,solved the problem of the traditional industrial equipment isolation.The network and data risks in the interconnection system are analyzed,and the software security and authority control mechanism are designed to improve the security of the interconnection communication process and meet the security requirements of the industrial interconnection scheme.This paper has completed the prototype research and development of the electronic control system and wireless gateway of the sewing equipment based on the ARM processor,built the test platform,tested the control effect of the position control strategy of the industrial sewing equipment in detail,as well as the function and performance index of the industrial interconnection scheme,and verified the application effect through the actual deployment in a sewing equipment manufacturer in Zhejiang.The results show that the control strategy realizes high real-time and accurate parking under high speed braking of the sewing equipment servo motor,and optimizes the performance of the sewing equipment servo control system,realizes the fast and accurate stopping under zai maximum 4000RPM speed within 250ms,and the position deviation angle isą1°,which meets the expected performance indicators.The interconnection scheme establishes the communication link between the traditional sewing equipment,the mobile terminal software and the cloud server,realizes the function of movement control and online management,improves the production and management efficiency of the factory staff,and achieves the expected design goal.
