In this paper, the aminomethylation polysulfone (AMPSF) affinity membrane, which could be used in the purification and seperation of the combinatorial chemistry as solid carrier, was prepared by phase separation by the use of modified polysulfone as membrane material.Chloromethylate polysulfone (CMPSF) was synthesized with Friedel-Crafts reaction at first, then AMPSF was synthesized with Gabriel reaction. IR was used to analyze the sythetical product, showing that AMPSF was successfully gained. The factors of the influence on the synthesis reaction were discussed and the content of N element was tested by the Kjeldahl method. The AMPSF flat matrix membranes were prepared by phase separation by the use of the AMPSF/Additive/DMAc casting solution, in which AMPSF was as membrane materials. This paper was concerned with the relationship among such factors as content of the additive, AMPSF content in the casting solutions, temperature of solutions, etc. and the morphological structure of the membrane, microporous aperture, prosity as well as water flux of the membrane. It was concluded that these factors had obvious influence on the structure and the performance of the AMPSF flat matrix membrane, which could be improved within a wide range by changing thermodynamical conditions of casting solution. The AMPSF affinity membrane was applied to the purification and separation of the combinatorial chemisty—its affinity sorption on the acyl chlorine, which was excessively used in the combinatorial chemistry reaction. The sorption temperature and original acyl chlorine thickness factors' influence on the affinity sorption was discussed. The maths model of this membrane's affinity sorption to macromolecule, which was set up by Suen was used for reference and was applied to the sorption to acyl chlorine.
