Ultra-thin Worsted Cashmere Sweaters Process Quality Improvement

Firstly, this paper, based on the principle of fact-finding, will regard the improvement of the processing arts of the super-light and super-thin cashmere knitwear as its objects and conduct deep-rooted analysis on the market needs and current situation of the fall-down of the export market share of the worsted cashmere knitting products manufactured by Erdos Cashmere Group. We conclude that High cost and unstable quality of the products are the main reason for that. Due to the above-mentioned conditions, we will conduct discussions on the necessities and significance for carrying out the quality improvement in line with the study and analysis for relevant techniques and products both from home and abroad.Secondly, we will set the targets for the further improvement of the processing arts by conducting analysis for the basic datum that forms the production cost and the quality fault datum that were bounced back. Preconditioned by increasing the combing yield rate, the effective method is to control the crows' mark on the super-light and super-thin worsted cashmere knitwear, to maximize the degree of finish on the fabric surface and to improve its softness so as to reach the quality level of Italian-made worsted cashmere knitwear.Thirdly, based on the production practice of Erdos Cashmere Group and the theoretical analysis, the formation of crow's mark is diagnosed as follows;the internal stress, too much twists, unevenness, humidity-thermal properties. Of which, too much variations of the humidity-thermal of cashmere fiber are the leading reason while the reason of the internal stress, too much twists, unevenness are secondary. So we must adjust the technological process and parameters of the milling process to reach the improved effects.Fourthly, we wiH discuss about the relations between the yield rate of worsted cashmere yarn and quality of resultant yarn by adopting histogram statistics method and optimizing the combing process with the aids of orthogonal designing method.Finally, good effects are achieved in accordance with the reformed measures to re-stipulate the quality control standards for the process of the super-light and super-thin worsted cashmere knitwear and batch process test. Thus a good foundation is laid fordeveloping the foreign market in the future. The research result of this paper will have a direct guidance for the quality control of the process of cashmere weft plain knitting fabrics and will also have some references for other type of firms.
