Cashmere Semi-Worsted Thin Weaving Fabrics Design And Performance Research

This article mainly through market reseach and inveatigation analyses targeting customer characteristic and the need of cashmere products and strategy to develop thin semi-worsted fabrics.Development of semi-worsted spinning technics is explained . It gives an introduction of the application of semi-worsted yards and characteristic of cashmere and its spinning system.Using of four kind of yards silk/cashmere,silk/hemp and wool/casmere,cashmere to design thin semi-worsted weaving fabrics, testing wear behavior of these fabrics,including moisture wicking, stiffness and softness and wrinkle resistance ,plling resistance. Analysis that structure how to influence wear behavior and optimization fabrics structure to determine the structure of summer casual shirt fabrics.AHP is used to evaluate general wear behavior of summer formal shirt fabrics.Comparison wear behavior of cashmere/polyester with three thin fabrics of cotton cotton/ polyeater cotton/H polyester to analyse wearable performance of thin cashmere semi-worsted fabrics.Becauce of cashmere undergoing complicated finishing route ,it also analyses wearability of fabric before and after wash.
