| Electrofusion welding is electrifying the resistor buried in the pipeline,and it will be heated to melt the pipe .The polyethylene pipeline will be connected with the connector. Eletrofusion welding is now an essential and widely used method in application to the polyethylene pressure pipeline systems which is cold-resistant, and cauterization -resistant. Eletrofusion welding machine is the special tool for the pipelines ,provides steady welding voltage or current and detects and controls the welding situation.This paper presents a detail analysis of the welding system which is based on the high frequency inverter. The hardware and bottom driver program are both introduced particularly. The operating system is real-time embedded system , SMALL RTOS51 running in MCU.Compared to the traditional electrofusion welding machine ,the project process of proper design ,friendly man-machine interface, convenient operation. The welder proved to have such excellences as energy-saving, light weight through experiment .It's a good assistant for the polyethylene pressure pipeline welding. |
