Western Oil Field Joint Stations Distributed Control System

In this paper, through analyses of distributed control system's actuality and development trend, according to condition of Oil-field united station, the integration scheme of Oil-field united station's DCS is put forward. The integration scheme is that PROFIBUS-PA is integrated in the LCN of the DCS and OPC technology is used in it. Especially data transmission protocol, applicative occasion and connective means with field intelligent devices of PROFIBUS-PA are studied. OPC technology's generation background and its applied enlargement are analyzed, and its specific application in Oil-field united station'DCS is presented. At the same time, straightforward development mode and rapid development mode of OPC server are studied. The method and step of OPC server's straightforward development are presented, and an OPC server frame is developed with ATL (ActiveX Template Library) in VC++6.0. In the mean time, the method and step of rapid development with KOSRDK are put forward, a simulated OPC server is developed with KOSRDK, and ForceControl Configuration tests the simulated OPC server.DCS is to perform scanning and controlling production process with the configuration of its application software, so the configuration of the application software is a very important link in the application of DCS. Before the application software of DCS is configured, production process flow of supervisor-control object should be analyzed at first, then the parameters that need to monitor and their controlled requirements should be listed out. In this paper, application software configuration of Oil-field united station's DCS is concerned with configuration of crude-oil disposal's production process. Through analyses of crude-oil disposal' process flow, scan and control scheme of crude-oil disposal is put forward. With ForceControl Configuration, supervisor control interface configuration, real-time database configuration and control strategy configuration are done.
