With the emphasis of exploration and exploitation of oil and gas transferring from land to atrocious environment such as ocean, desert and polar region and so on, oil-gas mixture transportation technology has been used widely and is becoming research hotspot of oil-gas storage and transportation subject. Having been used widely, oil-gas mixture transportation technology give a boost to research and development of twophase flow and at the same time, it alse brings forward a higher request to research of twophase. Only deeply realize the disciplinarian of twophase flow, can we better design and maintain oil-gas mixture transportation pipeline to make it be in good condition. Comparing with single transportation, twophase flow's research is more complex, difficult and have the number of faultiness in technics calculation and flow type identification. So we regard it as the emphasis of research.By analysising published experiment result and flow mechanistic and summarizing methods to flow type dividing and identification in horizontal and incline pipelines, we got the detailedly methods to flow type dividing and identifying in horizontal and incline pipelines. By introducing different assumption condition, we acquired a series of pressure drop grads calculation models and expressions of calculating pressure drop grads which are basic to techniques calculation of oil-gas mixture transportation system. Basing on twophase pipe flow characteristics, we set up the twophase flow geometrical models. The geometrical variables were analyzed in twophase pipe flow, the methods of solving the practical flow pattern geometrical variables were summarized. At the same time, the author detailedly analyzed slug flow in oil-gas two phase pipelines. Basing on data fusion theory, author developed the software to be used to identify flow type online and detailedly expatiated principle of communication between and A/D card and computer, at the same time, author also describe the software in detail.In a word, the content which including design, calculation and software development about oil-gas mixture transportation and flow type identification online were researched in the paper. Some theoretic and analysis methods were developed.
