In the development of Ansai oil and gas fields,there are many modules in the booster station,large footprint,long construction period,large on-site construction volume,high operating cost,chaotic data management,low information exchange and management efficiency between systems,and intelligence.Problems such as low level of degree and difficulty in achieving unattended on-site urgently need to be resolved.This paper first summarizes and analyzes the development process of skid-mounted integrated device technology and the automatic control level and intelligence of domestic and foreign oilfield station control technology,aiming at the common problems of today's booster stations,the special environment of Ansai Oilfield and the on-site process flow The original booster station has been transformed into two independent skid-type devices for integrated skid and mixed skid.Secondly,the electromagnetic heater and the "one main and one standby" mixing pump are used as the core equipment to integrate the wellhead oil and gas mixing skid,with a view to increasing the associated gas interest rate,reducing environmental pollution,improving system reliability and safety,and reducing the field.Station covers an area and other purposes.Aiming at the specific equipment and process of the oil and gas mixed skid at the wellhead,by analyzing the demand of the system,the overall technical scheme of oil and gas mixed skid control is constructed,and the control methods and strategies of each key operating parameter are explained.The heating control and slug flow control technologies have been studied in depth.Electromagnetic heating control technology,by analyzing the structure and principle of electromagnetic heater,established a more elaborate mathematical model of electromagnetic heating system.With the help of Simulink technology,the three situations of fuzzy control,PID-PID double closed loop and fuzzy-PID double closed loop were selected respectively.The parameters were analyzed by simulation,and the results confirmed that the effect of fuzzy-PID double closed-loop control is better than PID-PID double closed-loop and single closed-loop fuzzy control.Finally,the evalfis function is used to obtain a fuzzy control query table that can be used in PLC.Research on slug flow control technology,by analyzing the slug flow formation mechanism,and using the throttling method to control the slug flow in combination with the actual situation on the spot.In the case of pipeline fluid conditions,the feasibility of using the throttling method to suppress slug flow was verified.Finally,the three-phase flowmeter and vibration acceleration sensor are the monitoring objects to predict the severe slug flow.Through the force control OPC server,the mixed transmission skid control system and the original booster station control system,the joint station monitoring system and the SCADA control system Carry out data exchange to realize the control of the remote valve by the mixed transmission skid control system.Based on the in-depth study of the requirements of the oil and gas mixed transportation skid control system,the relevant selection of hardware equipment has been carried out,and a control architecture based on the combination of industrial Ethernet PROFINET and PROFIBUS-DP bus has been constructed.PLC and distributed I/O devices are lower-level machines,which constitute a multi-bus distributed I/O control system.The final software design mainly includes PLC program design and host computer monitoring program design,using STEP 7 programming software to complete the preparation of PLC control program,using force control configuration software to design the host computer monitoring program.The oil-gas mixed transportation skid control system combines the latest technological equipment and PLC control system technology to provide an effective automatic control scheme for oil-gas mixed transportation boosting.The S7-300 PLC-based oil and gas mixed transportation skid control system designed and developed in this paper can meet the requirements of heating and pressurization of oil and gas mixed transportation,with excellent control effect and high reliability.
