With development of ecnomy, much heavy metal polluter inflow soil and pollute environment and soil, and endanger human being health and continual development. Therefore, the situation of heavy metal polluter and distributing rule is worthing to research.In this paper, we mainly focus on the environment quality evaluation and forecasting to heavy metal element in Chang-Zhu-Tang district, and summarize the advantages and the disadvantages to every method. The paper summarizes the nowadays situation about heavy metal elements polluted, and introduce several approaches that usually be used to evaluate the environment chemical geography quality. We give an entirely description about the biosphere environment of Chang-Zhu-Tang district.The paper analyses the character of biosphere geography and the interrelated factor principle through the Analysis of Regression and Cluster (RC), and set up the chemical geography model for influencing factor and element action, thereby find the relation of many elements. We can estimate the interrelated element amount if know a kind of representative element amount through classification analysis. So the numbers of examined elements are reduced, that will save large manpower resource and material resources. In this paper, the results show that heavy metal polluter can be classified to two groups, one is Cd and Zn and Pb, and another is Ni and Cr and Cu. We set up regression model and get the amount of function to those elements in soil.In the environment chemical geography quality evaluation, according to the polluted feature and evaluation requirements in Chang-Zhu-Tang, we select the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fussy Decision (FS) approach. This approach can solve the complicated problem in the environmental quality evaluation, such as many objects and regulations. We select the specimen points about the number of 3597 to analysis. The results show that the polluted situation is very serious and need treat in partial zone, and meanwhile offer theory basis to the compatibility evaluation and grade of city function.
