AlFeVSi heat resistant aluminum is a kind of lightweight structure materials with high specific strength, high specific stiffness and excellent stability at high temperature. It can be applied in the field of aviation and space flight industry widely.The FVS0812 and FVS0812-2.2%TiB2 billet were fabricated by traditional casting method and rapidly solidified-powder metallurgy. The influence to the master alloy of the TiB2 particles were analyzed from the aspect of microstructure, properties, phases transaction through extrusion,OM,SEM, X-Ray,mechanical measuring.The FVS0812 with 5%,10%, 20%(wt%) FVS1212 powder reinforced billet were fabricated by solidified-powder metallurgy. The FVS1212 has high quantity in the Fe composition, and is belong to the same heat-resistant aluminum alloy system with FVS0812. The influence of the quantity of FVS1212 to the microstructure and properties were analyzed. The mechanical properties at room temperature and at 350℃ after hold 420s/1000s were emphasized with the contrast of the influence of TiB2 particle.At the regarding of fabricating huge billet and improving the quality of the billet, the base plate material, the melting tube material, and the atomizer were researched respectively. The Φ 300 ×100mm billet and Φ 500 × 500mm huge billet were fabricated by SDOC successfully. It is found that the huge billet had excellent properties.
